Ambientha was born to give life to inspirations. Our bond with the outside world is rich of suggestions, emotions, dreams. We feel small towards nature and its forces, and at the same time we can’t resist the overwhelming charm of its beauty. Similarly, we are moved by the civilization, the vivacity and progress of men’s action. Human being and nature as a duo, an unstable balance, made of contrasts, often of prevarication.
The Antarctica video is the first appeal which has led to the creative development of the Climate Conscious thematic. The sweet narration of Antarctica landscapes where men, with gentleness and sensitivity, can benefit from the unspoilt beautiness of this heritage we need to preserve.
Inspiration Book 2019: a selection of thematics for interior design.
Ambientha wants to give the opportunity of creating living and working environments where feeling emotions. Not only style or colour, but an experience, an inspiration, a meditation. Hence comes the decision of collaborating with international artists in order to realize exclusive wallpapers, to celebrate the beauty of life and nature.
In June 2019 the first Inspiration Book comes to life, a record of thematic itineraries offered to artists to provide them with inspirations throughout their creative process.
Global Warming is the core theme for Inspiration #1. A call for awareness and respect for the world we live in.
The planet is changing before our eyes. Glaciers are melting down at the North Pole as well as on the Alps. Hurricanes constantly recur, floods happen all around the globe. Ambientha chooses the Climate Conscious theme to talk about awareness, towards our world and towards human beings. Being conscious means understanding reality. Being conscious is learning how to enhance the world, starting from your own.
The main page of Inspiration #1 on global warming collects the photographic suggestions selected to better understand the common feeling of the thematic itinerary. The pictures are gathered with the support of worldwide photographers who share their shots online, among reference sites such as Unsplash and iStock .
Interior design narrating global warming through exclusive subjects and colour palettes inspired by reality.
Every interior and environment stands out for its style and not only, also for its chromatic choices. The photographic shots, extrapolated by the main page, become suggestions for details and colour palettes. Thanks to a research on chromatic trends within interior design, Ambientha has developed four different options for the artist, in order to deal with the theme of global warming from several perspectives.
Global warming plays its influence causing the melting of glaciers, the expansion of subtropical deserts and the rising sea levels. This alteration spreads over the entire planet and over us as well, like the colours of the Kissing Llama Iceberg in Patagonia reflects on water. This shot generates a water-earth palette: the blue nuances contrast the warm colours of the earth.
An issue not always immediately evident but, at the same time, complex and deep with several causes and effects. Like an iceberg of which you perceive only the tip, while the remaining 90% lies under, here the inspiration for a colour palette of strong contrasts. Consciousness is about observing and taking action, in order to handle the environmental impacts of global warming.
Meanwhile, another delicate colour palette for interior design originates from an inspiration coming from the rain. Climate changes, despite being events of a different time scale compared to individual atmospheric conditions, move like water drops, regular but unnoticeable.
The majesty of nature, the silence of its magnitude. The light nuances of snow on the mountains, hit by the sun, and of their shadow zones. A minimal palette of natural tones for interior design.
